Blanka Tóth and Yushu Li have joined the Danish Innovation Index team at Aarhus University as new PhD students. Their research will explore how consumers perceive responsible, digital, and AI-enabled innovation—and what this means for how companies innovate and create value.
Customer-Perceived Innovation Takes the Stage at Frontiers in Service 2026
At Frontiers in Service 2026 in Helsinki, Innovation Index Coalition members Lluís Santamaría, Darius-Aurel Frank, and Timothy L. Keiningham presented research on perceived firm innovativeness, AI-enabled services, and social innovativeness, showing how customer-based innovation measurement continues to inform current debates in service research.
